Went there last night but forgot to make the review. I’m not sure what time I got there since I asked Siri what time they closed and it said 11:30 which was weird cuz I don’t remember that and lowkey forgot to check on here. It was probably 8:15 we got there. It was 4 of us and got a drink each but the girl there was rude tbh each time I spoke she would hear one thing and then go to the back, come back, one thing, go to the back and so on. I didn’t think much but wtv. Then she made it. While she was making them a lady came in and asked if it was opened and she said “NO” quite rough. And I think the lady didn’t hear her and said “huh” and she said again “No It’s Closed” rough again it was a very rude tone and the lady said “oh ok thank you!” And she didn’t say anything back. You could tell she was irritated from the beginning. Then we got our drinks after the lady left and I said thank you loudly so she could hear and nothing she didn’t even turn. I take my thank you and your welcomes serious 😔. We left tips but she was very rude. Best bingsu I've had in Cincinnati so far. the ice texture is perfect, and the drinks they make the ice from are awesome. The toppings are a bit generic/inauthentic but the ice is what really matters. Also convenient to get to from Jungle Jim's. The fruity ones (mango, watermelon) taste like they're made with real fruit. The Thai tea one is incredible.

This was my first time trying this location, and it was very disappointing. I usually love dirty milk boba because it’s rich and creamy, but this one tasted like water with no brown sugar flavor at all. My friend and I were both shocked when we received our drinks. The service was also poor too, the cashier didn’t seem to care when the order was made incorrectly. Overall, a very bad experience. I won’t be coming back.

Such a huge menu, but expertly crafted food and drink. Mine is SOOO delicious I can't wait to go back and try more. The girls were super friendly and helpful too!

We ordered a lot! Our top favorites were Java Lava and Monkey business! It was so cool to watch them make the rolled ice-cream! Everyone loved their drinks too!! The employees are so helpful and kind! We will definitely be back!
